A movement in French film during the late 50’s and 60’s that helped revolutionize global filmmaking. Ditching million dollar productions for gritty on location sets that relied on improv, bold colors, self aware characters, and a distinct use of jump cuts.

Bangkok-based designer Song Samnoung uses wear as the focal point. Working with heavily-distressed garments and embroidery he makes these items appear as if is greenery growing through the damage.
